小说没有看，只是章诒和作的序就让我双眼雾蒙蒙了

     中年是最灰色的，如悠长的冬日，似飘落的雪花。胡先生比我坚强，他很快给亡妻写了长长的悼文，以寄托浓浓的哀思。悼文是用“伊妹儿”传过来的。我边读边哭，字里行间我听到了他的心碎声。文中，一段给病重妻子洗澡的细节，深深震动了我——

我说怎么有时候，
老觉得有另一个自个在高处审视着自个呢，
那个感觉烦透了

原来早有弗洛伊德先生告诉我们了，
人有自我，本我，和超我

“本我是欲
　超我是则
　自我是协调欲望和原则的中间我。 ”

本我要吃两个馒头；超我说要保持体形，不要吃；自我于是吃了一个馒头
本我要安逸度日，超我要出人头地；自我于是踏踏实实打工过生活
......

小时候老听说要超越自我，原来超越自我就是这个样子啊，沦为社会价值的奴隶，不喜欢!

当然，要是能达到无我的状态，那就成仙了，呵呵！

昨天的计划基本完成，明天继续努力！
